SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS   Any item can be modified to fit.  Your jewelry is not made until you order it.  If you need a longer or shorter length or wish to modify a piece in anyway, please enter this information in the "Special Instructions" section at the check out page. If need be, you will be contacted via email or phone to be sure that we understand what you are requesting.

JEWELRY IS ALL HANDMADE   Each item of jewelry that we sell is handmade.  This ensures that each piece is unique, even if it is a repeated style.  Limited Edition items are styles that are repeated.  Our items marked "One of A Kind"  will not be repeated.  For custom orders, please see the page marked "Custom Orders" for detailed information and contact form.

RETURN POLICY   You may return any non-custom order within 10 days of receipt.  Items must be packaged and returned in original condition with the invoice.  You must contact Southern Charm via email prior to any returns for a return code.  Custom orders are not returnable.

GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP  We take pride in our work.  We make sure that you receive a finely crafted piece of jewelry that will give you many years of enjoyment.  We Guarantee our jewelry due to normal wear from one year from the date of purchase.  Damage due to misuse or abuse will be repaired at owners cost.

SHIPPING INFORMATION  We ship all non-custom orders within 5-7 working days. 
All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with delivery in 2-3 days of shipping date.  We charge a flat $5.95 shipping & handling fee on all orders.  If you need an order to be shipped faster than the 5-7 working days, please let us know on the special instructions area of the checkout form.  Give a phone number where you may be reached and someone in our customer service dept. will contact you.  We will make every effort to accomodate your needs.
